This month we will celebrate and learn about St. Patrick's Day, March wind, make-believe and pantomime, wildlife, natural resources and much more. That's all for now-- See you in April-- Chrissie Thursday, February 25. 2010March 2010 - School Age 1Lynne's After School Will spring ever come??? We have been enjoying all of the snow and ice this winter, with experiments in the Science Center, snow and food coloring in the Media table. We are also doing fantastic, welcoming our friends from next door. We have our centers in full motion and a moving rotation of every 15 minutes, in order to keep the children involved and happy. We have also created a sticker chart in order to motivate and reward children for things like: gentle hands, quiet voices, listening ears with our friends and all of our teachers, and cleaning up after ourselves. We try for 5 days of stickers and then get to choose from the treasure box once a week. During the month of March we will discuss Nursery Rhymes. In the middle of the month, St. Patrick's Day and at the end of March, families. Please be sure to check your child's progress. And as always...if you have any questions, please, just ask.
